Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- No experience required and on the job training provided
- Ability to work full-time including holidays and weekends
- Must comply with client and site security requirements and processes
- Ability to follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
- Positive interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- On-the-job training provided
- One year of customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact positively with passengers
- Understanding of safety and security procedures
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
- Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
- Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
- Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds
- Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
- Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
- Complete thorough Incident Reports
