Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • No experience required and on the job training provided
  • Ability to work full-time including holidays and weekends
  • Must comply with client and site security requirements and processes
  • Ability to follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
  • Positive interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
  • On-the-job training provided
  • One year of customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to interact positively with passengers
  • Understanding of safety and security procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends

Job Duties

  • Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
  • Positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
  • Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
  • Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds
  • Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport, if necessary
  • Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary
  • Complete thorough Incident Reports
