Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to obtain airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal as applicable
  • Willingness to work full-time including holidays and weekends
  • Capacity to safely maneuver wheelchairs and assist passengers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must meet all requirements to receive airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal if applicable, including ten-year work history
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Experience in assisting disabled or wheelchair passengers preferred
  • Ability to handle unexpected and challenging situations calmly

Job Duties

  • Follow all safety precautions at all times
  • Interact with passengers in a positive interpersonal manner
  • Assist passengers by providing directions and flight information
  • Comply with TSA checkpoint screening requirements
  • Safely transport passengers from gate to gate, curb to curb, or gate to curb
  • Coordinate with dispatchers and gate agents for passenger assistance
  • Complete thorough incident reports for any accidents or unusual events
