- no high school diploma, GED or college degree required
- no experience required as on-the-job training is provided

- one year of customer service experience preferred
- ability to interact positively with diverse passenger groups
- excellent communication skills
- ability to follow safety and security protocols
- basic physical ability to transport passengers and luggage
Job Duties
- Follow safety precautions while transporting passengers
- maintain positive interpersonal interactions with passengers
- comply with all client and/or site security requirements
- safely transport passengers in wheelchairs to desired destinations within client site or grounds
- assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport if needed
- coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents if necessary
- complete thorough incident reports
