  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments if applicable
  • Customer service experience
  • One year of similar work experience

Job Duties

  • Safely transport passengers from gate-to-gate, curb-to-curb, or gate-to-curb dependent upon passenger status
  • At all times follow safety precautions such as pushing wheelchairs at a safe pace, being aware of other passengers and carts, and backing wheelchairs down jetways
  • Assist passengers at baggage claim as necessary
  • Coordinate with dispatcher for assignments depending on airport
  • Coordinate with gate agents for wheelchair assisted passengers needing boarding assistance
  • Interact with passengers in a positive interpersonal way
  • Assist passengers with directions, flight information, and other special circumstances
  • Comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and processes
  • Complete thorough Incident Reports for any accidents or unusual events while transporting passengers
