Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • no experience required with on-the-job training provided
  • ability to follow safety precautions
  • willingness to provide exceptional customer service
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • physical ability to transport passengers and baggage

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • one year of customer service experience preferred
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to follow safety protocols
  • ability to assist passengers with varying needs
  • ability to complete incident reports accurately

Job Duties

  • Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers
  • positive interpersonal interaction with passengers
  • comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes
  • safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from their retrieval point to their desired destination within the client site or grounds
  • assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport if necessary
  • coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate agents if necessary
  • complete thorough incident reports
