Job Requirements
- Minimum education requirement - high school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Minimum management experience - 1 year
- Ability to pass TSA background check and obtain airport badge
- Experience in high volume catering and fine dining
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong coaching and team development abilities
Job Qualifications

- 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience in a scratch kitchen
- ServSafe certified with expertise in safety and sanitation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to maintain high culinary standards

- Passion for food and culinary innovation
Job Duties
- Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
- Ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
- Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
- Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
- Use automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- Manage high-volume catering and event execution
- Maintain kitchen operations with a hands-on leadership approach
