Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year management experience
  • Ability to pass TSA background check and obtain airport badge
  • Experience in high volume catering and event execution preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced upscale food production environment
  • Availability for full-time employment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience in a scratch kitchen
  • Strong culinary background with demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
  • Servsafe certified
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards
  • Strong coaching and employee development skills
  • Passion for food and innovation

Job Duties

  • Be responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
