Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year management experience
  • Ability to pass a TSA background check
  • Ability to obtain an airport badge
  • Strong culinary background
  • Experience managing upscale food production
  • Hands-on experience in high volume catering and events execution

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of kitchen manager or sous chef level management experience in a scratch kitchen
  • ServSafe certified with expertise in safety and sanitation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong coaching and employee development skills
  • Passion for food and innovation
  • Ability to stay current with new culinary trends

Job Duties

  • Responsible for purchasing, menu compliance, inventory, food cost analysis and food production forecasting
  • Ensure Sodexo culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented
  • Develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standard compliance
  • Have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
