Job Requirements

  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum five years management experience
  • minimum five years functional experience
  • experience working in a union environment
  • experience in elevated or fine dining concepts
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering and management systems
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met including compliance with food and physical safety programs
  • manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of the lounge operation
  • actively participate in daily service operations
