Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years of management experience
  • minimum 5 years of functional experience in food and beverage operations
  • experience working in a UNION environment
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • excellent professional communication skills
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • strong understanding of food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • experience in financials and fiscal oversight

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 5 years of management experience
  • minimum 5 years of functional experience in food and beverage operations
  • experience working in a UNION environment
  • previous GM level experience in an elevated concept or location
  • experience in premium suites, arenas services, cruise lines, or premium high volume catering preferred
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
  • excellent professional communication skills
  • passion for a high level of customer service
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Duties

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • fully versed in profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business
