Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 5 years of management experience
- minimum 5 years of functional experience in food and beverage operations
- experience working in a UNION environment
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- excellent professional communication skills
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- strong understanding of food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience in financials and fiscal oversight
Job Qualifications

- experience working in a UNION environment
- previous GM level experience in an elevated concept or location
- experience in premium suites, arenas services, cruise lines, or premium high volume catering preferred
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
- excellent professional communication skills
- passion for a high level of customer service
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
Job Duties
- have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
- fully versed in profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business
