Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years management experience
- minimum five years functional experience
- experience working in union environment
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum five years management experience
- minimum five years functional experience in food and beverage operations
- experience in premium suites, arenas services, cruise lines, or high-volume catering preferred
- proven leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels
- experience working in a union environment
- strong financial management and oversight skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure Sodexo standards are met including compliance with company food and physical safety programs
- manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business
- actively participate in daily service operations
