Job Requirements

minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
minimum management experience - 5 years
minimum functional experience - 5 years
ability to manage multiple priorities
experience in a union environment
exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
experience in financials, preparation and oversight

Job Qualifications

bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
five years of management experience
strong leadership skills demonstrated by work history
ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
two to three years of general manager level experience in elevated or fine dining concepts or locations
experience in premium suites, arenas services, cruise lines or high volume catering preferred
strong food and beverage knowledge
professional communication skills
passion for high-level customer service
working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
experience with financial preparation and oversight

Job Duties

oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
achieve company and client financial targets and goals
develop and maintain client and customer relationships
motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff
ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs
manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of the lounge
