Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 5 years
  • minimum functional experience - 5 years
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • experience in a union environment
  • exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • demonstrate working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • experience in financials, preparation and oversight

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • five years of management experience
  • strong leadership skills demonstrated by work history
  • ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
  • two to three years of general manager level experience in elevated or fine dining concepts or locations
  • experience in premium suites, arenas services, cruise lines or high volume catering preferred
  • strong food and beverage knowledge
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high-level customer service
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • experience with financial preparation and oversight

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff
  • ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of the lounge
