Job Requirements

  • minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum management experience - 5 years
  • minimum functional experience - 5 years
  • experience working in a union environment
  • 2-3 years of general manager level experience in elevated or fine dining concepts
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • experience with food inventory and ordering systems
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 5 years management experience
  • experience in food and beverage management particularly in elevated or fine dining environments
  • familiarity with unionized work environments
  • prior experience managing premium suites, cruise lines, arenas, or high-volume catering preferred
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • financial management experience including budgeting and cost control

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food and beverage operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff
  • ensure compliance with company food and physical safety standards
  • manage profit and loss and inventory controls
  • actively participate in daily service operations as a hands-on manager
