Job Requirements
- minimum education requirement - bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum management experience - 5 years
- minimum functional experience - 5 years
- experience working in a union environment
- 2-3 years of general manager level experience in elevated or fine dining concepts
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- experience with food inventory and ordering systems
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 5 years management experience
- experience in food and beverage management particularly in elevated or fine dining environments
- familiarity with unionized work environments
- prior experience managing premium suites, cruise lines, arenas, or high-volume catering preferred
- strong leadership and team development skills
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- financial management experience including budgeting and cost control
Job Duties
- oversee daily food and beverage operations and deliver a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline staff
- ensure compliance with company food and physical safety standards
- manage profit and loss and inventory controls
- actively participate in daily service operations as a hands-on manager
