Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts
  • strong leadership skills with ability to work collaboratively
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory and menu graphics programs
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum of 2 years management experience
  • minimum of 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
  • experience managing upscale food production
  • knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and exhibit professional communication skills
  • demonstrated passion for high-level customer service
  • experience with financials preparation and oversight

Job Duties

  • have oversight of daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • be fully versed in profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a stand alone business
