Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- capability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
- flexibility to take on additional duties
- experience with automated food inventory and management systems
- financial oversight experience
Job Qualifications

- experience managing upscale food production
- proven leadership and team development skills
- knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
- strong communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality product delivery
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff
- ensure compliance with Sodexo's food and physical safety programs
- manage profit and loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of a standalone business
- handle operational and staffing challenges with a hands-on managerial approach
