Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • capability to manage multiple priorities and responsibilities
  • flexibility to take on additional duties
  • experience with automated food inventory and management systems
  • financial oversight experience

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years of management experience
  • minimum 1 year work experience in food or culinary services
  • experience managing upscale food production
  • proven leadership and team development skills
  • knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight
  • strong communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality product delivery
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline (hourly) staff
  • ensure compliance with Sodexo's food and physical safety programs
  • manage profit and loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of a standalone business
  • handle operational and staffing challenges with a hands-on managerial approach
