Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year food or culinary services experience
  • ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • experience in financial management

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years experience in food or culinary services
  • 2-3 years experience at the operations manager or assistant general manager level
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high-level customer service
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory and management systems
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline staff
  • ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities
  • maintain operational standards
