Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year food or culinary services experience
- ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- knowledge of food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience in financial management

- 2-3 years experience at the operations manager or assistant general manager level
- strong leadership skills

Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and deliver a high-quality product
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships

- ensure compliance with company food and physical safety programs
- manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities
