Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year food or culinary services experience
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexible and able to take on additional responsibilities
  • knowledge of food inventory and management systems
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2 years management experience at the operations manager or assistant general manager level
  • at least 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
  • demonstrated leadership skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high-level customer service
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
  • experience with menu graphics programs
  • financial oversight experience

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food operations and deliver high-quality products
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff
  • ensure compliance with company food safety and physical safety programs
  • manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a standalone business
  • handle multiple priorities effectively
