- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year food or culinary services experience
- strong leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively
- excellent communication skills
- flexible and able to take on additional responsibilities
- knowledge of food inventory and management systems
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years management experience at the operations manager or assistant general manager level
- at least 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, or mall food courts
- demonstrated leadership skills
- ability to work collaboratively with all organizational levels
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems
- experience with menu graphics programs
- financial oversight experience
Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and deliver high-quality products
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline hourly staff
- ensure compliance with company food safety and physical safety programs
- manage profit and loss, inventory and fiscal responsibilities of operating a standalone business
- handle multiple priorities effectively
