Job Requirements
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience
- minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services
- strong leadership skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities
- professional communication skills
- passion for high-level customer service
- flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
- working knowledge of automated food inventory and management systems
- experience in financial preparation and oversight
Job Qualifications
- associate's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 2 years management experience with a recognized hospitality concept or company
- 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, catering, institutional services, or similar
- strong leadership skills
- professional communication skills
- knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
- experience with financial preparation and oversight
Job Duties
- oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality product delivery
- achieve company and client financial targets and goals
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships
- motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline hourly staff
- ensure compliance with Sodexo food and physical safety standards
- manage profit and loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of the business
- lead and coordinate a team of bartenders, cooks, food attendants, and custodial staff
