Job Requirements

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience
  • minimum 1 year experience in food or culinary services
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities
  • professional communication skills
  • passion for high-level customer service
  • flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
  • working knowledge of automated food inventory and management systems
  • experience in financial preparation and oversight

Job Qualifications

  • associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • minimum 2 years management experience with a recognized hospitality concept or company
  • 1 year of work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, catering, institutional services, or similar
  • strong leadership skills
  • professional communication skills
  • knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems
  • experience with financial preparation and oversight

Job Duties

  • oversee daily food operations and ensure high-quality product delivery
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor, and develop frontline hourly staff
  • ensure compliance with Sodexo food and physical safety standards
  • manage profit and loss, inventory, and fiscal responsibilities of the business
  • lead and coordinate a team of bartenders, cooks, food attendants, and custodial staff
