Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • At least one year in Ground Operations Services
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Qualify for TSA security clearance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug tests
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to apply basic math and accounting
  • Strong time management
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Physical ability to operate ground support equipment and handle heavy lifting
  • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods
  • Good sensory capabilities including hearing and vision
  • Able to work in indoor and outdoor airport environments with varying weather conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • At least three years of experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Minimum of one year experience in Ground Operations Services
  • Ability to pass background check and TSA security clearance
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform and Control Act
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with management, employees, vendors, and associates
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment
  • Ability to apply basic mathematics and accounting concepts
  • Strong time management skills
  • Reasoning ability to recognize and resolve problems

Job Duties

  • Ensure all Winner Aviation and business partner policies and procedures are adhered to while maintaining a profitable work center
  • Monitor and enforce safety and compliance with regulatory agencies, company, and airline requirements including safety sensitive zones
  • Conduct delay investigations and perform line checks
  • Respond to irregular operations as needed
  • Coach and develop the Station Supervisory Team to reach required operational performance levels
  • Analyze and recommend staffing levels to meet station needs
  • Oversee station level employee hiring, onboarding, orientation, and termination in coordination with the Station Supervisory Team and HR
  • Approve all staff scheduling
  • Identify employee development, coaching, and promotion opportunities in coordination with Director and Regional Manager
  • Submit weekly and monthly station reports accurately and promptly including payroll and airline revenue reports
  • Oversee tracking and monitoring of base and department metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize expertise to target process and performance improvements
  • Provide operational feedback and implement new initiatives to drive continuous improvement and consistent service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
