Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years supervisor or manager experience
  • Minimum of one year in Ground Operations Services
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass drug screenings
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to perform physical demands of job including lifting heavy luggage and equipment
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor airport environments including extreme temperature conditions
  • Ability to operate ground support equipment after training

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of work experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Minimum of one year work experience in Ground Operations Services
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Qualify for all TSA security clearance requirements
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and random drug tests throughout employment
  • Authorized to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with company directors, management, employees, vendors, and associate companies
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of general office equipment
  • Ability to apply basic mathematics and accounting concepts as related to job requirements
  • Demonstrated strong and efficient time management capabilities
  • Ability to recognize and resolve problems and eliminate threats to the company

Job Duties

  • Ensure all Winner Aviation and business partner policies and procedures are adhered to while maintaining a profitable work center
  • Monitor and enforce safety and compliance with all regulatory agencies, company, and airline requirements including safety sensitive zones
  • Conduct delay investigations and perform line checks
  • Respond to irregular operations as needed
  • Coach and develop the Station Supervisory Team to reach required operational performance levels
  • Analyze and recommend staffing levels to meet station needs
  • Oversee station level employee hiring, onboarding, orientation and termination in coordination with the Station Supervisory Team and HR
  • Approve all staff scheduling as submitted by Station Supervisory Team
  • Identify employee development, coaching and promotion opportunities with the Director, Ground Operations and Regional Manager, Ground Operations
  • Submit weekly and monthly station reports accurately and promptly including payroll completion and airline revenue reports
  • Oversee base and department metrics and key performance indicators tracking and monitoring
  • Utilize expertise to target process and performance improvements within the station
  • Utilize KPIs to provide operational feedback, resolve issues and implement new initiatives with team to drive continuous improvement and consistent service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
