Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
  • Available to work non-standard work schedules and be available to the team at all times
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills
  • Experience with contract labor preferred
  • Must be customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated and collaborative
  • Must read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
  • Previous leadership experience with a commercial airline or ground handler
  • Ability to work non-standard schedules and be available 24/7/365
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working with contract labor preferred
  • Customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
  • Fluent in English
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Job Duties

  • Responsible for overall training compliance at the station
  • Lead a team to operate safely, efficiently, and effectively while delivering excellent customer service
  • Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time aircraft movement
  • Drive accountability and manage a motivated team
  • Ensure the right personnel are in place for operations
  • Be a visible and active leader who communicates proactively with employees
