Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Previous experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role
- Available to work non-standard work schedules and be available to the team at all times
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
- Experience with contract labor preferred
- Must be customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated and collaborative
- Must read, write, fluently speak, and understand English
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Qualifications

- Valid, unexpired, and unsuspended state driver’s license
- Previous leadership experience with a commercial airline or ground handler
- Ability to work non-standard schedules and be available 24/7/365
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with contract labor preferred
- Customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative
- Fluent in English
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Duties
- Responsible for overall training compliance at the station
- Lead a team to operate safely, efficiently, and effectively while delivering excellent customer service
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure quality, safety, and on-time aircraft movement
- Drive accountability and manage a motivated team
- Ensure the right personnel are in place for operations
- Be a visible and active leader who communicates proactively with employees
