Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency

Job Duties
- Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport
- Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas
- Effectively navigate various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
- Professionally interact with high-profile passengers
- Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Adapt to dynamic and fast-changing environments
