Job Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency

Job Duties

  • Learn behind-the-scene workings of an international airport
  • Rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals and other airport areas
  • Effectively navigate various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • Professionally interact with high-profile passengers
  • Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Adapt to dynamic and fast-changing environments
