Job Duties

  • Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport
  • rotate through check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other airport sections
  • navigate challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
  • professionally interact with high-profile passengers
  • partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure safety and security
  • provide outstanding customer service
  • adapt quickly to dynamic airport environments
