Job Requirements

  • must be available to work at least 4 days per week including weekends and holidays
  • ability to work 4-5 hour shifts during early morning, midday, late afternoon, or evening hours
  • no prior airline experience required
  • excellent communication skills
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • customer-facing experience preferred but not mandatory
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • technological proficiency with computer systems
