Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Available to work a minimum of 4 days per week including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English and a preferred second language
  • Computer literate
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Maintain a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in a second language preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to stay calm and find solutions during busy or stressful times
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods

Job Duties

  • Greet and assist international airline passengers
  • Manage check-in and boarding processes efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Enter data quickly and accurately into computer systems
  • Maintain calm and provide solutions under pressure
  • Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
