Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills including verbal and written
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work a minimum of 4 days per week including weekends and holidays
  • Computer literacy and fast, accurate data entry skills
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test

Job Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Fluency in English
  • Bilingual abilities preferred in languages such as Tagalog, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Thai, Indonesian, Hindi, Gujarati, or Japanese
  • Computer literacy with proficiency in data entry
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

  • Welcome and assist passengers with check-in and inquiries
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding flights and services
  • Utilize computer systems for data entry and reservation management
  • Handle customer concerns and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and positivity in all interactions
  • Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Stand for extended periods during shifts
