Job Requirements
- Flexible scheduling within a 24/7 operation
- Work hours based on flight arrival and departure schedules
- Airline catering is seasonal with peak periods
- PTO blackout periods may apply during high-volume times
- Ability to qualify for airport badging (10-year federal background check)
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C required) with a clean driving record
- Ramp safety experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in airline catering or aviation operations preferred
- Ability to qualify for airport badging (10-year federal background check)
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C required) with a clean driving record
- Class A or B CDL with air brake endorsement is a plus
- Ramp safety experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Ensure assigned flights are delivered according to customer requirements and company quality standards
- Perform thorough pre-flight checks using customer and internal checklists
- Ensure accurate catering provision and correct meal counts for each flight
- Minimize over-provisioning while meeting customer expectations
- Assist drivers with aircraft loading and proper stowage of catering items
- Ensure correct handover of catering to aircraft crew
- Confirm all goods sold per flight are captured and reported accurately
