Job Requirements

  • ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug testing, and a criminal background check, including all TSA and Customs requirements
  • ability to safely perform work using required PPE, including but not limited to protective gloves, freezer/cooler gloves, hot mitts, cut-resistant gloves, aprons, goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear, and any additional required PPE
  • ability to work in a time-sensitive environment to ensure all equipment and products meet required readiness times
  • regular and reliable attendance in accordance with company standards
  • flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
  • ability to carry, lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs
  • ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move for 8+ hour shifts
  • ability to work in environments with extreme and varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and refrigerated areas
  • comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in sanitation or food service is preferred
  • ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • basic problem-solving skills
  • physical ability to perform job duties

Job Duties

  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, and catering equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
  • sort and organize dishes and equipment based on operational requirements
  • work efficiently in a high-volume, time-oriented environment
  • adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout the shift
  • comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and work rules
  • ensure all equipment is properly handled, stored, and available for production needs
  • maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
