Job Requirements
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug testing, and a criminal background check, including all TSA and Customs requirements
- ability to safely perform work using required PPE, including but not limited to protective gloves, freezer/cooler gloves, hot mitts, cut-resistant gloves, aprons, goggles, hearing protection, safety footwear, and any additional required PPE
- ability to work in a time-sensitive environment to ensure all equipment and products meet required readiness times
- regular and reliable attendance in accordance with company standards
- flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs
- ability to carry, lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and move for 8+ hour shifts
- ability to work in environments with extreme and varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and refrigerated areas
- comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced setting
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in sanitation or food service is preferred
- ability to work in fast-paced environments
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain dishes, utensils, and catering equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards
- sort and organize dishes and equipment based on operational requirements
- work efficiently in a high-volume, time-oriented environment
- adapt to changing priorities and operational needs throughout the shift
- comply with all company policies, safety procedures, and work rules
- ensure all equipment is properly handled, stored, and available for production needs
