Job Requirements

- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and confirm all catering uplifts for scheduled and charter operations including B747 and B777 fleet
- Monitor daily flight schedules and coordinate with stations and vendors to ensure timely catering delivery
- Track changes to flight routing, adjust catering orders accordingly
- Communicate catering uplift schedules and update station instructions and OCC planning systems
- Serve as primary contact with catering providers at all locations
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with service standards
- Coordinate corrective actions and service recovery measures
- Support vendor audits and qualification reviews
- Coordinate with Crew Catering Committee to plan and maintain menu cycles
- Schedule and manage vendor tastings and evaluations
- Monitor catering feedback and implement improvements
- Ensure consistency in meal offerings across all locations
- Review catering invoices for billing accuracy
- Track catering expenditures and identify cost reduction opportunities
- Maintain records of cost trends and vendor rate adjustments
- Maintain uplift logs, vendor reports, and service discrepancies records
- Support internal and external audits related to catering
- Coordinate with Quality and Safety departments on catering incidents
