Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety regulations like FDA and HACCP
- Leadership experience in managing teams
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field
- Proven experience in account management within the hospitality or airline catering industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in inventory management and billing systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as FDA and HACCP
- Leadership abilities with experience managing teams
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Job Duties
- Account management for all airline accounts, office supplies, auxiliary vendor accounts
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with the assigned account(s) and act as a liaison between the Flight Kitchen, the airlines, and local operations
- Ensure accurate billing and provisioning to the airline
- Maintain daily par levels and inventory control in accordance with customer standards
- Ensure equipment inventory is taken in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure the on-time departure of all flights using catering guidelines
- Support the respective departments regarding all airline cycle changes
