Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Authorized to work in the United States
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout shift
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull throughout shift
Must be able to clear background and drug screening
Must be available to work weekends and holidays
Ability to complete all required training
Maintain professional appearance standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in customer service preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badge
Ability to follow security protocols and procedures

Job Duties

Verify passenger boarding pass with checked bag
Move baggage to the security screening induction system
Communicate effectively and clearly with passengers
Ask passengers required safety and security questions
Load luggage onto security screening belts
Work closely with airline ticket counter agents
Complete all required training including airport compliance
