Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- be authorized to work in the United States
- must be able to clear a background and drug screen
- must be able to lift up to 75 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- ability to stand, stoop, bend, push, pull throughout entire shift
- able to obtain an airport security badge
- complete all required training including airport compliance
- no visible tattoos or body piercings
- maintain clean and well-maintained approved uniform
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- experience in customer service preferred
- ability to follow safety and security procedures
- ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- ability to interact courteously with customers and colleagues
- completed required airport compliance training
Job Duties
- Verify passenger boarding pass matches their checked bag
- load passenger luggage onto the security screening induction belt
- communicate effectively and clearly with passengers, asking safety and security questions
- work closely with airline ticket counter agents
- conduct safety checks and comply with airport security protocols
- maintain professional appearance consistent with company standards
