Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to clear background and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull throughout the entire shift
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Willingness to undergo and complete security training
- Ability to obtain and maintain airport security badges
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Commitment to maintaining a professional business-like appearance
Job Duties
- Verify passenger boarding pass with checked bags
- Load passenger luggage onto the security screening induction belt
- Communicate effectively and clearly with passengers
- Ask passengers safety and security questions
- Work closely with airline ticket counter agents
- Complete all required training including airport compliance
- Obtain and maintain airport security badges
