Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- authorized to work in the United States
- able to pass background and drug screening
- able to lift up to 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
- ability to stand, stoop, bend, push, and pull during entire shift
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- willingness to comply with appearance and grooming standards
- no visible tattoos or body piercings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
- ability to pass background and drug screening
- experience in customer service preferred
- ability to complete all required training including airport compliance
- ability to obtain an airport security badge
Job Duties
- Verify passenger boarding pass with their checked bag
- load passenger luggage onto the security screening induction belt
- communicate effectively and clearly with passengers
- ask passengers safety and security questions
- work closely with airline ticket counter agents
- adhere to airport security procedures
- participate in on-the-job security training
