Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in aircrew training or related military training environment
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies and manage training schedules effectively
  • Experience working with military training documentation systems

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a USAF aircrew member
  • Experience working in USAF Squadron, Group, or Wing training program
  • Experience working in Department of Defense Flying Squadron training program
  • Experience serving in DoD flying unit training flight
  • Experience with GTIMS or similar training documentation systems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and customer relations skills
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required

Job Duties

  • Build, review, and update student and permanent party records, folders, and grade books per applicable Air Force Instructions and local guidance
  • Coordinate scheduling of classes and exams including CRM, ICRM, IRC and pre-deployment trainings with security forces and other agencies
  • Perform individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training requirements daily, monthly, and quarterly
  • Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment and weekly summaries for leadership
  • Prepare and execute periodic training and testing plans in coordination with Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief
  • Schedule members for required ground training events ensuring compliance with unit policies
  • Update data in Graduate Training Integration Management System and other proprietary training databases
  • Interface with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update management systems as required
  • Generate necessary reports and forms such as monthly inputs to Operational Support Team, AF Form 2096s, non-mission-ready letters, training review briefings, and proration consideration reports
  • Assist in curriculum and syllabi development for aircrew and ground training as needed
