Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Secret security clearance
- Experience in Air Force training environments preferred
- Ability to work on-site at McGuire AFB
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple military agencies
- Attention to detail in record-keeping
Job Qualifications

- Experience working in Air Force training or related military training environments preferred
- Ability to manage detailed training records and coordinate multi-agency scheduling
- Proficiency with training management systems such as GTIMS and ARMS
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Active Secret security clearance
Job Duties
- Builds, reviews, and updates student and permanent party records, folders and grade books per applicable Air Force Instructions and local guidance
- Coordinates scheduling of classes and exams, liaising with scheduling and external agencies such as Security Forces Squadron and Combat Arms Training and Maintenance
- Performs individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training requirements on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Provides daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment and weekly summaries to squadron leadership
- Prepares and executes periodic training and testing plans in coordination with Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief
- Schedules members for required ground training events and coordinates off-site training conferences and seminar attendance
- Updates data in Graduate Training Integration Management System and interfaces with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update equivalent systems
- Generates monthly and quarterly reports and forms including AF Form 2096s and non-mission-ready letters
- Assists with monthly Squadron Training Review Panel briefings and generates Proration Consideration Reports
