Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- experience as a USAF aircrew member or relevant training program participant in USAF or DoD flying units
- experience with GTIMS or similar training documentation programs
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
- ability to work on-site at MacDill AFB
- strong customer service orientation
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a USAF aircrew member or experience working in a USAF Squadron Group or Wing training program or experience working in a Department of Defense Flying Squadron Group or Wing training program or experience serving in a DoD flying unit training flight
- experience working with GTIMS or similar proprietary training documentation program
- must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
- must have excellent written verbal communication and customer relations skills
- the minimum of an active Secret Security Clearance is required
Job Duties
- Builds reviews and updates student and permanent party records folders and grade books per applicable Air Force Instructions and local guidance
- coordinates scheduling of classes and exams with internal and external agencies ensuring crewmembers attend required training courses
- performs individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training requirements daily monthly and quarterly
- provides daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment for unit leadership and weekly summaries for the operations officer
- prepares and executes periodic training and testing plans in coordination with the Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief
- schedules members for required ground training events and provides weekly updates to squadron leadership on flight and readiness status
- assists in curriculum development for aircrew and ground training when needed
- updates data in Graduate Training Integration Management System or equivalent and interfaces with Aviation Resource Management personnel to update Aviation Resource Management System
- generates training reports and official forms such as AF Form 2096s and non-mission-ready letters
- assists with monthly Squadron Training Review Panel briefings including training recommendations and status
- generates proration consideration reports
