Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a USAF aircrew member or relevant military training program experience
  • Familiarity with GTIMS or similar systems preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple agencies
  • Active Secret Security Clearance required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a USAF aircrew member
  • Experience working in a USAF Squadron, Group, or Wing training program
  • Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing training program
  • Experience serving in a DoD flying unit training flight
  • Experience working with GTIMS or similar training documentation programs
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Active Secret Security Clearance

Job Duties

  • Builds, reviews, and updates student/permanent party records, folders and grade books per applicable Air Force Instructions
  • Coordinates scheduling of classes and exams with scheduling and external agencies
  • Performs individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training requirements daily, monthly, and quarterly
  • Provides daily tracking of upgrade and continuation training accomplishment and weekly summaries to squadron leadership
  • Prepares and executes periodic training/testing plans in coordination with Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief
  • Schedules members for required ground training events in coordination with Squadron DOT Flight Chief
  • Updates data in Graduate Training Integration Management System (GTIMS) and Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS)
  • Generates reports including monthly and quarterly training inputs, AF Form 2096s, non-mission-ready letters, and Proration Consideration Reports
  • Assists with monthly Squadron Training Review Panel briefings and training recommendations for squadron leadership
