Job Requirements
- Experience as a pilot or weapons systems officer in fighter/attack roles
- knowledge of 4th and/or 5th generation fighter aircraft
- active U.S. Secret Security Clearance
- ability to travel up to 50 percent domestically and internationally
- flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned
- effective interpersonal communication skills
- onsite work at Tukwila, WA
- U.S. person as defined by export control compliance
- commitment to adhere to security and confidentiality protocols
Job Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a pilot or weapons systems officer with knowledge of 4th and/or 5th generation fighter aircraft
- demonstrated expertise in pilot training, tactics development, and evaluation of training effectiveness
- strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction across functional areas and diverse personnel
- proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training solutions and courseware development
- familiarity with effective flight instruction methodologies and assessment techniques
- knowledge of crew resource management, flight planning, and industry regulations
- experience developing comprehensive training materials including syllabus development, lesson plans, and multimedia resources
- relevant degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience combined with specialized training and professional experience
Job Duties
- Serve as a subject matter expert in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development focusing on 4th and 5th generation aircraft
- design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored for aircrew training
- develop and maintain courseware and training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives
- instruct advanced pilot training courses and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and operational data
- develop CONOPS/mission assurance plans and deliver pilot simulator verification/test using Boeing Full Mission Simulators
- operate the Instructor Operating Station to execute approved training syllabi
- support military pilots in maintaining qualification levels through upgrade and tactics training
- implement and support Boeing initiatives, programs, and policies to maintain training excellence and compliance
- adhere to site security and access control procedures
- handle and sanitize classified media and training materials according to security protocols
- collaborate with Boeing training teams and customer representatives at training sites
- maintain appropriate security clearances as required
