Job Requirements
- High School diploma or GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in security, military, or customer service preferred
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have reliable telephone and transportation
- Must treat all information as confidential
- Possess tact in dealing with various situations and people
- Ability to read, write, understand, and carry out instructions in English
- Must be able to sit, stand, lift, and bend throughout the shift
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Must meet requirements for security sensitive identification badge
- Must possess a valid U.S. passport
- Must be willing to travel to Cuba and return the same day

Job Duties
- Provide security screening to prevent introduction of weapons and explosives
- Use screening equipment such as hand-held metal detectors
- Conduct physical inspections when necessary
- Communicate effectively with employees and clients
- Notify law enforcement or security coordinators upon detection of dangerous items
- Maintain control of dangerous or contraband items until proper authorities arrive
- Report incidents and safety hazards to supervisors
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work area
- Attend required meetings and training
- Adhere to company policies and wear appropriate uniform with visible identification badge
