Job Requirements

  • Must possess excellent organizational and computer skills
  • Must be at least 18 years old and a high school graduate
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to easily adapt to change and new technology
  • Must be goal-oriented, have exceptional attention to detail, and work well independently and with a team
  • Must be able to pass a ten-year background, criminal, OMV and drug screen

Job Qualifications

  • A&P license
  • Five years experience maintaining business aircraft
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to bend frequently, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Reliable with flexible schedule and willingness to work split shifts and in all weather conditions
  • Goal oriented with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to pass ten-year background, criminal, OMV and drug screening
  • Learjet and/or Citation experience preferred
  • Experience with corridor preferred

Job Duties

  • Perform routine, non-routine and preventative maintenance in accordance with Omni and manufacturers' manuals, FARs and procedures
  • Sign for work accomplished including troubleshooting deferred maintenance items and ensure proper recording on company documents
  • Perform tasks assigned by Director of Maintenance or Assistant Director of Maintenance
  • Work a rotating on-call schedule including nights and weekends
  • Properly tag all unserviceable components including reason for removal
  • Exercise authority under RII provisions reporting directly to Director of Maintenance and Assistant Director of Maintenance
  • Attend all training courses assigned
  • Comply with company rules, regulations, procedures and policies
  • Maintain safety and guard against excessive costs or labor duplication
  • Use proper equipment, install acceptable parts or components, and use approved hardware or supplies
  • Coordinate troubleshooting work requests and part requirements with Assistant Director of Maintenance
  • Coordinate with Assistant Director of Maintenance to meet incoming aircraft, review logbook discrepancies and plan corrective action
  • Keep the work area clean, including airport ramps
  • Dress appropriately and present a professional attitude when onboard company aircraft
  • Travel as needed for Aircraft on Ground support
