Job Requirements
- Must possess at minimum an interim secret security clearance
- must be a US citizen
- minimum of 5 years fighter aircraft maintenance experience
- supervisory or management experience
- experience speaking and writing professionally
- proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint

Job Duties
- Managing the general servicing, repair, modification, overhaul, and upgrades over F-22 Fighter Aircraft in a multi-facet workforce
- responsible for the hiring and onboarding of Lockheed Martin and contracted labor employees over both a Low Observable Production and Heavy Modification team
- assigns and ensures completion of required training and medical readiness items necessary for specific job requirements
- monitors timely and accurate timecard entries and completes certifications at the end of each week for all assigned personnel
- works concurrently with production and engineering to ensure on time delivery of mission ready fighter aircraft
- works with Lockheed Martin Safety/ESH to monitor and track safety initiatives and deficiencies using Lockheed Martin based programs
- implements and performs routine spot inspections throughout workspace to ensure proper adherence to local policies and procedures, including OSHA guidance and directives
