Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of aviation maintenance experience
  • broad knowledge of engine hardware and flight line operations and procedures
  • familiarity with safe operation of heavy equipment and ground support equipment around aircraft
  • recent line maintenance experience
  • supervisory experience
  • certificated under 14 C.F.R. Part 65
  • valid and current U.S.-based driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of aviation maintenance experience, commercial preferred
  • broad knowledge of engine hardware and flight line operations and procedures
  • familiarity with safe operation of heavy equipment and ground support equipment around aircraft
  • recent line maintenance experience and willingness to participate in engine washes
  • supervisory experience managing direct reports or teams including staffing schedules and reporting
  • certificated under 14 C.F.R. Part 65 (FAA Airframe & Powerplant)
  • valid and current U.S.-based driver’s license

Job Duties

  • Conducting weeknight EcoPower engine washes with station technicians
  • managing facility compliance with government regulatory requirements and corporate policy including FAA, EH&S, and DOT
  • overseeing staff initial training and ongoing performance ensuring safety and up-to-date training
  • conducting local equipment TPM and repair and participating in continuous improvement efforts
  • engaging contractors and suppliers for facility and engine wash support
  • managing expenditures in accordance with company procurement, finance, and HR policies
  • acting as point of contact for government, corporate, and customer inspections, audits, and assessments, ensuring readiness
  • coordinating with quality assurance and FAA compliance
  • responding to requests from EcoServices peers, customers, regulatory authorities, and auditors as key liaison with regulatory authorities
