Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Aviation Maintenance Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems including engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and avionics
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and tools used in aircraft maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards
- Physical stamina
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel
- Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record

- Willingness to travel as needed
- Current driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets insurance requirements
Job Duties
- Conduct routine inspections of aircraft systems and components to identify any potential issues or areas of concern
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, utilizing technical manuals, diagnostic equipment, and expertise in aircraft systems
- Perform repairs and replacements on aircraft systems and components, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including documenting parts used and time spent on each task
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following established guidelines for working on aircraft
- Collaborate with other maintenance team members and aviation professionals to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operation
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in aircraft technology and industry regulations, attending training sessions and workshops as required
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and plans, ensuring that all aircraft are properly maintained and serviced on a regular basis
- Communicate effectively with pilots, crew members, and other aviation personnel to address any maintenance-related concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all tools, equipment, and materials are properly stored and accounted for
