Job Requirements
- a bachelor’s degree
- federal aviation administration airframe and powerplant certificate
- knowledge of federal aviation regulations
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- must be able to obtain passport and visas and pass a background check
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- good physical condition
- willing to relocate within one hour of Ewing, New Jersey
- prior experience as flight technician or cabin attendant is preferred
- able to perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections
- understanding of aircraft mechanical systems
- able to maintain records and comply with regulations
- experience with launch and recovery support
- participation in safety management system

- knowledge of federal aviation regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance, inspection and repairs
- willingness to travel domestically and internationally as a flight crew member
- ability to obtain a passport, visas and pass a background investigation
- willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- good physical condition to pass company physical examination
- prior experience as a flight technician or cabin attendant providing customer service is an asset
- understanding of inspection, testing, troubleshooting and repair of airframes, hydraulic systems, fuel systems and aircraft engines
- ability to maintain appropriate records and logs in compliance with government and FAA rules and regulations
Job Duties
- work with a fast-paced flexible daily work schedule and function in a small team environment
- perform maintenance on all aircraft along with launch and recovery operations as determined by aircraft schedule
- act as an observer during take-offs and landings
- perform the duties of flight safety attendant including meal service for passengers and crew members
- work closely with flight crew members to analyze and correct malfunctions
- assist in medical or other emergencies
- supervise maintenance when performed by a third-party vendor
- manage cabin connectivity issues including Iridium, KA internet and Starlink systems
- adapt to a flexible schedule which may include weekends and holidays
