Job Requirements

  • a bachelor’s degree
  • federal aviation administration airframe and powerplant certificate
  • knowledge of federal aviation regulations
  • willingness to travel domestically and internationally
  • must be able to obtain passport and visas and pass a background check
  • willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • good physical condition
  • willing to relocate within one hour of Ewing, New Jersey
  • prior experience as flight technician or cabin attendant is preferred
  • able to perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections
  • understanding of aircraft mechanical systems
  • able to maintain records and comply with regulations
  • experience with launch and recovery support
  • participation in safety management system

Job Qualifications

  • a bachelor’s degree

  • knowledge of federal aviation regulations pertaining to aircraft maintenance, inspection and repairs
  • willingness to travel domestically and internationally as a flight crew member
  • ability to obtain a passport, visas and pass a background investigation
  • willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • good physical condition to pass company physical examination
  • prior experience as a flight technician or cabin attendant providing customer service is an asset
  • understanding of inspection, testing, troubleshooting and repair of airframes, hydraulic systems, fuel systems and aircraft engines
  • ability to maintain appropriate records and logs in compliance with government and FAA rules and regulations

Job Duties

  • work with a fast-paced flexible daily work schedule and function in a small team environment
  • perform maintenance on all aircraft along with launch and recovery operations as determined by aircraft schedule
  • act as an observer during take-offs and landings
  • perform the duties of flight safety attendant including meal service for passengers and crew members
  • work closely with flight crew members to analyze and correct malfunctions
  • assist in medical or other emergencies
  • supervise maintenance when performed by a third-party vendor
  • manage cabin connectivity issues including Iridium, KA internet and Starlink systems
  • adapt to a flexible schedule which may include weekends and holidays
