Job Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must have and maintain Secret level clearance
  • Associate's degree
  • Fifteen years of related experience
  • Eight years of DoD experience
  • One year of end-user experience with Air Force readiness reporting platforms and maintenance/QA systems
  • Two years production superintendent experience
  • Two years maintenance quality assurance experience

  • Eight years of DoD experience
  • One year of experience with Air Force readiness reporting platforms and maintenance/QA systems
  • Two years as a Production Superintendent managing flightline and backshop maintenance
  • Two years of Maintenance Quality Assurance or Quality Assurance Evaluator experience

Job Duties

  • Assist and advise 15 AF/A4 Director on NAF processes and procedures related to aircraft and munitions assessment and certification
  • Perform as Lead Contractor advising 15 AF/A4 on planning and assessment of force element certifying events
  • Coordinate with MAJCOM, Air National Guard Bureau, and depot centers to resolve readiness issues
  • Participate as a member of 15 AF Operational Planning Teams
  • Assist and advise on operational and exercise planning for maintenance and logistics support
  • Review reports, perform research, and prepare responses to maintenance and munitions-related issues
  • Develop training curriculum and provide instruction in 15 AF maintenance
