Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in private aviation interiors
- Valid driver’s license approved for airline travel or valid passport preferred but not required
- Ability to lift and carry at least 70 lbs
- Ability to work on elevated platforms up to 40 feet using fall protection safety gear
- Ability to perform routine physical activities including walking, bending, squatting, and sitting
- Must attend work as scheduled including overtime and weekends
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow FAA guidelines and company safety rules
- Ability to plan and organize procedures
- Ability to communicate in English
- Work professionally with others
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 plus years experience working on private aviation interiors
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of FAA guidelines and safety regulations
- Ability to read reports and blueprints
Job Duties
- Performing general mechanical items on aircraft interiors and related systems
- Performing minor modifications on panels, seats, carpets, cabinetry, upholstery, etc
- Assists in aircraft detailing and cleaning
- Maintenance and repair of shop facility, equipment and tooling
- Basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases
- Cleanliness of shop and surroundings
- Work independently when required
- Effectively and clearly communicate in English
- Perform any other job-related duties assigned
