Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift and move up to 70 pounds
- open availability to work any shift including weekends and holidays
- comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- excellent communication skills in English
- prior experience preferred but not mandatory
- willingness to adhere to safety and substance misuse policies
Job Qualifications
- ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- perform basic math calculations
- prior experience in aviation fueling or related field preferred
- possession of a Commercial Driver’s License preferred
- knowledge of safety and security protocols in an airport environment
- good physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- perform fueling in a safe and efficient manner
- drive and operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to fuel aircraft
- responsible for accurate accounting of fuel transactions
- perform daily quality control checks on equipment, maintain equipment in clean and functional condition
- ensure the correct loading and balancing of fuel
- responsible for defueling aircraft as directed
