Job Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent post-secondary training
  • Minimum of 6 years relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Availability for onsite work
  • Flexibility for shift work including nights, weekends, holidays
  • Ability to report during inclement weather
  • Security clearance not required

Job Qualifications

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree or other 2-year post high school training with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Experience in aircraft dispatch, air traffic control, flight planning, aviation, meteorology, or certified pilot preferred
  • PC operating experience including standard office suite
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
  • Team player
  • Bilingual (Spanish) desired
  • FAA Dispatcher Certificate preferred

Job Duties

  • Interact with business aviation customers via telephone and email during all flight planning and operation phases
  • Create and disseminate computed flight plans including weather, NOTAMs, weight and balance, runway analysis, and aircraft performance calculations
  • Relay sensitive aviation messages
  • Provide logistical assistance for flight crews
  • Provide customer account, software, troubleshooting, and training support
  • Cover multiple shifts flexibly in support of 24/7 operations including holidays
  • Report for work during inclement weather as an essential personnel
