Job Requirements
- 2+ years operations experience
- 2+ years experience in aviation detailing
- 2+ years people management experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Capability to work standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to work in varying weather and noise conditions
- Ability to work at elevated heights
- Completion of a 5 panel drug screen, airport badging, and fingerprinting
- Flexible availability including weekends
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years operations experience (internal preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in aviation detailing, preferably with general aviation
- 2+ years people management (preferred)
- Proficient at all detailing services available within Immaculate Flight
- High level of interpersonal and verbal communication
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects
Job Duties
- Ensure all aircraft are detailed to Immaculate Flight standards
- Monitor with a continuous improvement attitude geared towards efficient work targeting company standard labor hours
- Review daily schedule, set-up, and safety standards for crews
- Oversee fleet maintenance and monthly audits
- Responsible for purchase orders, requisitions, consolidated delivery forms, inventory and equipment request forms for the location
- Accountable for location’s monthly score and scorecard associated with operational metrics
- Conduct regular quality and safety audits with the team and/or Regional Manager
